What does Awakened Minds Demivolve do?

Made by Awakened Minds, this is an all natural nootropic claimed to promote:

  • Focus
  • Mood
  • Stress Reduction

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at Demivolve to see how effective it is – and what you should be aware of.

Here’s the scoop:

What you need to know about the Demivolve stack:

It’s not that great.

This nootropic seems to pack a lot more supporting ingredients rather than core effective ones.

Not only that, it’s part of a proprietary blend. This is when numerous ingredients have been grouped together under the same dosage.

You don’t know how much of each individual ingredient you’re getting – or how effective it will be overall.

Here’s what you need to know about what’s in Demivolve:

The Ingredients

Don’t worry, all has been summarized at the end.

Ashwagandha

One of the better options for focus.

Ashwagandha is a traditional medicine herb that has been seen to lower your body’s stress hormone cortisol.

This reduces feelings of anxiety and stress and allows you to concentrate more with less distractions.

Gotu Kola

A nutrient that has been seen to help with both blood flow and alertness.

It’s a mild cognitive enhancers and requires a lot to take effect.

Studies have shown that you need between 2100 – 5500mg of this nutrient for it to have any real effect.

As this is part of a proprietary blend that is less than 1000mg – it’s safe to say it’s under dosed here.

Panax Ginseng

Panax Ginseng is another nutrient worth keeping your eye on.

It has some mild cognitive enhancement benefits, and may struggle to have any real impact.

The only way it will truly help here is with absorption, as it has been seen to raise overall blood flow.

Bacopa

A better option.

Bacopa Monnieri has a cast amount of studies behind it that back up some of the claims made for this herb.

It has been seen to help reduce anxiety, while boosting overall cognition and focus.

It can even help to improve memory formation.

It’s a strong option, and a good addition to Demivolve.

Ginkgo Biloba

A poorer option.

Ginkgo Biloba is used in several mainstream nootropics, but it’s not a great choice.

Although believed to help boost overall cognition, studies have shown that Gingko Biloba has very little effect when it comes to improving mental performance.

Researchers have concluded that the effects of the herb are unreliable, and to some extent may even be just placebo.

It’s not your best option.

Holy Basil

Not much research has been done into Holy Basil – preliminary studies have shown that it may help to reduce depression and anxiety, but only to a very mild extent.

5-HTP

A good nutrient for promoting rest.

5-HTP has been seen in numerous studies to promote rest and recovery.

This could help give you a more peaceful sleep and a better state of mind upon waking.

Quick Overview: On the whole, this isn’t the best nutrient profile for a nootropic stack.

The first problem is that this is a proprietary blend. You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting – or how effective it will be overall.

And it’s clear in some cases that under dosing is taking place.

Not only that, the only good ingredient here is the Bacopa. The rest is nowhere near as effective.

L-Theanine, Rhodiola Rosea, or even Vinpocetine, would all make this product significantly better.

Side Effects

Although re not that effective Demivolve shouldn’t cause any side effects.

All the ingredients are completely natural and lack any user reports against them.
