What does Brain Forza’s Study Juice do?
Made by Brain Forza, Study Juice is an all natural nootropic stack claimed to promote:
- Focus
- Memory
- Energy
But how well does it really work?
In this review, we look closer at Study Juice to find out how effective it really is.
This is what you need to know:
What you need to know about the Study Juice stack:
There are a lot of ingredients, and not all of them are good.
The main problem with Brain Forza’s Study Juice is that it’s full of proprietary blends.
This means you don’t know how much you’re getting of each ingredient, or how effective it will be overall.
There’s also a few risks in there. Take a look;
The Ingredients
Rhodiola Rosea
One of the better options for both mood and motivation.
Rhodiola Rosea has been seen to help with mood, anxiety and overall feelings of well-being.
It has even been seen to help reduce fatigue.
Caffeine
A bit more of a risk.
A natural stimulant, but not exactly a brain booster.
It will boost your focus, but only temporarily. There may be an energy crash to follow too.
Guarana
A caffeinated herb that will give you a mild boost.
Although it has all the same pitfalls as regular caffeine.
Catuaba
Also known as Muira Puama – it’s not a great cognitive booster.
Studies have shown that this nutrient isn’t that great with effects being unreliable at best.
L-Theanine
One of the better options out there.
L-Theanine has been seen in numerous studies to promote the depressive hormones in the body, like GABA and Serotinin.
It does this without causing fatigue, and may help to manage the jitters that are usually associated with caffeine.
Theacrine
Structurally similar to caffeine, although not as effective.
Studies have shown Theacrine to have mixed results when it comes to this nutrient.
It may not boost energy, and it could even have a placebo effect.
Red Panax Ginseng
Nothing special here.
Ginseng may help promote blood flow which will help nutrients move around your system quicker.
Ashwagandha
One of the better choices for focus.
Ashwagandha has been seen to help lower the stress hormone cortisol.
This helps lower overall levels of stress and anxiety helping to keep you calm.
L-Tyrosine
Another anti-stressor.
L-Tyrosine helps to lower stress and raise feel good hormones like Dopamine.
It should give you more of a positive mindset.
L-Carnitine
An amino acid that may be under-dosed.
As this is a proprietary blend, we don’t know how much we’re getting – and the studies have shown you need a lot for the benefits of more energy and metabolism.
It’s estimated you need between 500 – 2500mg for the full results.
Vinpocetine
One of the better options for memory.
Vinpocetine has been linked to promoting both memory and blood flow.
It’s good for clarity and recall in stressful situations.
Quick Overview: There’s only a handful of good ingredients in Study Juice, but the bigger problem is the proprietary blend. You don’t know how much you’re getting of each ingredient – and as there as some less effective ones in the mix too, it may not be fairly dosed. Not only that it seems to have some reliance on caffeine, which isn’t your best choice.
Side Effects
One of the main issues you may have with this product is the caffeine.
It won’t cause any harmful side effects, but it could definitely mess with your mental performance.
The highs and lows of this stimulant are not effective forms of cognitive boosting, and may leave you with an energy crash after taking.
Which could really damage your concentration.

Brain Forza Study Juice Review Conclusion
On the whole, this isn’t the best nootropic out there.
From this review, here’s what you need to know about Study Juice;
- Proprietary blends: You don’t know how much you’re getting of each ingredient or how effective it will be overall.
- Relies on Caffeine: This stimulant may give you the false impression of boosting cognition, when really it’s just an energy rush.
- Not Many Core Cognitive Boosters: Bacopa and Phosphatidylserine would’ve made a big difference here.
As you can see, it isn’t the best option.
