What does NervaCORE do?
Produced by CEL Nutrition, NervaCORE is an all natural nootropic on the market that has been claiming to promote:
- Mental Drive
But just how well does it all work?
In this review, we’ve been looking closely at the stack of NervaCORE to see just how effective it actually is.
This is what we’ve found with our research:
What you need to know about NervaCORE’s Stack:
Right off the bat:
It’s got a big proprietary blend.
Many of the ingredients used have hidden values, so you don’t know how much you’re getting, or how effective it will be.
And there’s also some ineffective ingredients.
Here’s the run down on of what you can expect in NervaCORE (we summarize it all at the end):
Guarana Seed Powder
Linked to increasing both energy and metabolism, guarana may help to some extent with focus.
It won’t have that much of an effect on your cognitive ability though.
An amino acid that’s linked to lowering stress levels.
This may promote overall calmness, allowing you to get better focus and clarity throughout the day.
An organic acid typically used in energy drinks – but how well does it work as a nootropic?
Studies have shown that L-Taurine can reduce stomach cramps from stimulants, but that’s where the book ends. It won’t do much for your mind, energy levels or weight.
One of the better options that may promote cognition.
Alpha GPC has been seen to reduce cognitive decline and even promote power output in athletes. It’s a strong choice.
One of the better nootropic ingredients. Phosphatidylserine has a ton of benefits.
Having been seen in several studies to promote memory, mood and even reduces cognitive decline – this nootropic is a great addition to NervaCORE.
Like guarana, L-Carnitine focuses more on energy and metabolism – and does not support cognitive enhancement.
It’s also a drawback that it’s in a proprietary blend – you need 500 – 2500mg to get any real benefit from this addition, and we don’t know how much is being used. It’s not a good choice.
One of the better nutrients for improving learning ability while defending against cognitive decline.
There are numerous studies that support Huperzine-A’s ability to this and it’s definitely good for the stack.
This is also good.
Vinpocetine has been seen in numerous studies to help improve memory and blood flow. It’s a solid choice.
Essentially black pepper – helps with overall absorption.
Quick Overview: As you can see, there are some good ingredients in NervaCORE but also quite a few ineffective ones.
A big problem is the proprietary blend, there’s a lot of ingredients in there that we don’t know the values of, this means we don’t know how effective it will be overall.
It’s not that effective of a nootropic.
There have been no side effects reported with this NervaCORE.
