What does Cree’s Deep Focus do?
Developed and manufactured by Cree Nutrition, this is an all natural nootropic that has been claimed to promote:
- Brain Health
But how well does it really work?
In this review we look closer at Deep Focus to see how effective it actually is.
We look at the stack, the side effects and if it’s really the best out on the market.
Here’s what we got:
What you need to know about the Deep Focus Stack
Right off the bat:
It’s a proprietary blend.
Why is this bad? Because you don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used – so how can you know how effective it will be?
On top of that, there’s a lot of ingredients here. It looks more like a glorified multivitamin than a nootropic.
We’ve outlined the most notable ingredients that you need to know about below:
Don’t worry, we’ve summarized it up pretty well at the end.
One of the poorer choices of nootropic.
DMAE is usually used in beauty creams – but has branched out into nootropics.
Thought to defend against cognitive decline, but that had been shown to not be the case.
Research also suggests it may cause side effects.
It’s an ineffective nootropic that is nothing but trouble.
Another poor choice.
Glutamine only works if you’re deficient in it – which most people aren’t.
The effect is that you crave less sugar – there’s no cognitive benefits.
It’s not a good choice.
Another nutrient that doesn’t do much for you cognitively.
Green Tea may have some benefits when it comes to fat burning, but from a cognitive perspective there isn’t much benefit.
It contains a very small amount of caffeine which may temporarily boost focus, but not by much.
One of the better nootropics.
Bacopa leaf has been to have numerous benefits in human studies such as memory and focus. It could even help with learning.
It’s definitely one of the more interesting additions here.
A good amino acid for focus.
L-Tyrosine has been seen to help with focus and calmness after being absorbed.
The main reason for this is that it’s anti-stress. Not a bad thing in high pressure situations.
One of the downer nootropics – but that’s not a bad thing.
Without causing fatigue, GABA can promote mood and relaxation.
However, it’s unreliable as it struggles to effectively cross the blood brain barrier.
Used to promote blood flow, but not a great cognitive enhancer.
This may help spread the nutrients in Deep Focus quicker throughout your system, but the overall result will be mild.
A solid nootropic.
PS has been linked to four main benefits after being absorbed by your body: memory, mood, focus and preventing cognitive decline.
It’s one of the better noots out there, and dosed right, it can make a ton of difference.
Not as good, and a lot more unreliable.
Huperzine-A has been thought to increase your brains ability to learn – however it doesn’t always take effect.
Not only that, the nootropic has been linked to building an easy tolerance. It may need to be cycled.
Quick Overview: As you can see, most of the nootropics used in the Cree Deep Focus stack are star players.
Many of the ingredients are ineffective, with some even linked to side effects.
It’s also a proprietary blend, which makes it impossible to know how much of each ingredient is being used, or how effective it will be,
The main thing you have to worry about here is the DMAE.
This is a poor performing nootropic already, and the side effects are just as negative.
DMAE has been linked to causing birth defects, and research is still on-going.
There could be even more problems this nutrient could cause.
It’s definitely not your best option – especially as we don’t know how much is being used.
Is there anything better out there than Deep Focus?

Cree Deep Focus Review Conclusion
