But just how well does it work?

In this review, we look closer at IGNITE to see how effective it really is.

This is what you need to know;

What you need to know about the IGNITE stack?

It’s pretty good.

This is an all natural product with some solid ingredients.

However not all of the choices are useful – but they’re not harmful, so it’s not too bad.

Here’s what we found:

freemind-insight-vegan

Acetyl-L-Carnitine

Not a great choice when it comes to mental performance.

L-Carnitine primarily focuses on energy and metabolism, but it may help to an extent to reduce fatigue.

According to studies you need between 500 – 2500mg for the best results. With 500mg in INSIGHT, you should definitely get some benefit.

Bacopa

One of the better cognitive enhancers out there.

Bacopa has been seen in numerous studies and tests to promote memory, and calmness.

This can help keep you focuses and clear for stressful situations that demand a lot from you.

Rhodiola Rosea

A good choice for motivation and mood.

Rhodiola has been seen to have numerous advantages for mindset when undertaking tasks.

It has been in studies to help promote feelings of well-being and calmness, while also working as an anti-depressant and anti-anxiety. It’s also been seen to fight fatigue and boost brain health.

L-Tyrosine

An anti stressor that may help you focus.

L-Tyrosine has been seen to lower the overall amount of stress hormones in your body and work as an anti anxiety.

This may help you concentrate more, without letting the pressure of what you’re focusing on get to you.

Ashwagandha

Another anti-stress nutrient.

Ashwagandha has been seen to help lower overall cortisol levels – the stress hormone, which may help to reduce anxiety.

Ginkgo Biloba

A poorer choice.

Ginkgo Biloba was originally thought to be an effective – studies have shown this just isn’t the case.

With very mixed results for improving mental focus, researchers are now arguing that the effects of Ginkgo could even be placebo.

L-Theanine

One of the better amino acids.

L-Theanine has been seen to raise the depressants in your body, but without causing fatigue.

If you’re someone who uses caffeine, the two can worm synergistically to make the effects last longer.

L-Theanine is great in any stack and can really help attention and focus.

Phosphatidylserine

One of the best choices.

PS has been seen to have 4 main benefits when dosed effectively; mainly focus, memory, mood and preventing against cognitive decline.

It’s a really good option here.

Quick Overview: On the whole, this is a good nutrient profile, however, it’s not the best we’ve seen.

The ginkgo and L-Carnitine are rather unnecessary, but they’re not going to hurt.

It’s a pretty strong blend.

Side Effects

No side effects have been reported with IGNITE. It’s looking good and natural.

FreeMinds IGNITE Review Conclusion

On the whole, this is a good nootropic, but it’s not the best we’ve seen.

From this review, what you need to know is that IGNITE could be better. Removing ingredients like Ginkgo and L-Carnitine, and replacing them with more effective ingredients like Vinpocetine would be better.

There are stronger options or there.
