What does Genius Burn do?
Genius Burn is an all natural nootropic manufactured by ‘The Genius Brand’.
But what exactly does it do?
Claimed to promote:
- Brain Function
- No-Crash Energy
- Fat Loss
This is a caffeine-free nootropic with some additional fat burning ingredients.
So how well does it actually work?
In this review, we look closer at Genius Burn to see if it really is worth the money, taking into account the stack itself and any side effects it might have.
This is what we’ve found:
What you need to know about Genius Burn’s stack:
Right off the bat:
This nootropics full of proprietary blends – branded ingredients that contain a combination of nutrients. This means we don’t know how of much of each individual ingredient we’re getting, or how effective it will be overall.
It’s a risky step.
We’ll run through the main ones and then summarize it for you below.
Quick Overview: Genius Burn contains several branded ingredients which are mini-proprietary blends – we don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used.
The ingredients run-down:
iFAS503
Camellia sinesis (Green Tea), Tuber Fleeceflower and Loranthus Parasiticus.
Essentially a fat loss aid. Studies are lacking on the two latter, but Green Tea has shown good results on numerous occassion.
This will not boost cognitive function.
Ashwaganha
Seen on several occasions to help with calmness and stress reduction. By extension, this may help with focus – but overall there’s not direct link to cognitive enhancement.
Theacrine
Structurally similar to caffeine, however the effects that Theacrine produces are a different story.
There’s very thin research as whether theacrine actually has any energizing effect. More studies need to be done before it can be recommended as an effective energy booster.
Cognizin
A branded version of Citicoline, and is great for brain health.
Studies have shown Citicoline increases mental sharpness, mood, memory, attention, focus and concentration. It has even been shown to help prevent against mental decline.
It’s a great choice in Genius Burn.
AlphaSize
50% Alpha GPC, 50% Unlisted.
Alpha GPC may enhance power output, but there’s not of studies out there for full confirmation. There’s also links to it helping to reduce cognitive decline.
GS4
Gymnema Sylvestre, this is essentially a herb that regulates blood sugar.
This may help reduce insulin levels and lower overall fat gain.
L-Theanine
A great addition to any stack – especially for focus.
Numerous studies have linked L-Theanine to calmness and relaxation without making you feel tired or sluggish. There’s also evidence for it reducing stress.
Paradoxine
Similar to ginger, and also known as Grains of Paradise.
There has been some research into it’s ability to promote fat mass control – however, there have been no conclusive results.
And of course, it does not promote cognitive enhancement.
Capsimax
A thermogenic made up of capsicum – the compound in chili that gives it heat.
This may help you burn calories but it will not help expand your mind’s potential.
AstraGin
Thought to work as a neuro-protective nutrient.
However studies have shown that this strain of ginseng has very little effect on overall brain health.
Huperzia Serrata
Used for Huperzine-A – a great nootropic.
Linked to learning, this nutrient can promote your ability to retain information, but also prevent against cognitive decline. It’s a good addition to have on board.
Quick Summary: The proprietary brands let this product down here. Some are okay, like the Cognizin, which contains only one ingredient – but others like the AlphaSize leave more to the imagination.
We don’t know how much we’re getting of each ingredient and it can strongly effect the outcome of taking it.
On top of that many of the ingredients used in this product are unreliable. It’s not the best option out there.
Side Effects
No side effects have been reported with Genius Brain.

Genius Burn Review Conclusion
On the whole, this isn’t the best pre-made nootropic stack you’ll come across and there are several reasons why.
From this review, if you are thinking about using Genius Burn, this is what you need to know:
- Proprietary Blends: Many of then ingredients used are proprietary, we don’t know how much of each individual nutrient is being used.
- Many ineffective ingredients: Multiple additions lack the clinical studies to support their claims.
- Missing Core Nutrients: Doesn’t give your brain the full range of nutrients for the best results.
Needless to say, there are better options out there.
