  • Mood

But how well does it work?

In this review we look closer at ‘Flow: Get in the Zone’ to see how effective it really is.

This is what you need to know:

What you need to know about the Hapi Flow Stack:

It’s thin.

Although there are some good ingredients in this nootropic – there are too few of them.

There are some core cognitive boosters used in this product, but more are needed for the best results.

Not only that, it seems under dosed in places. Take a look at the nutrient profile:

The Ingredients

Don’t worry, we’ll give you a quick overview at the end of this section.

Theacrine

A structurally similar compound to caffeine.

This nutrient has been thought to work similarly to the stimulant without building up a tolerance.

However, studies have shown that the actual results are unreliable, with it not working for everybody.

It may not be your best option.

Theanine

A better option as a nootropic.

Theanine has been seen in numerous studies to promote calmness hormones like GABA and serotonin – which can also help to reduce anxiety.

This is a great addition for keeping a calm, relaxed head and remaining focused.

Bacopa

One of the best natural nootropic nutrients.

Bacopa has numerous studies behind it to support its claim to boost cognition.

Studies have shown it can help to reduce anxiety while also having the ability to improve memory.

Rhodiola Rosea

One of the better options for mood and energy.

This is one of the core nutrients for cognition, mainly for mood and motivation.

Rhodiola has been seen to promote feelings of ‘well-being’ while also helping to reduce fatigue, anxiety and signs of depression.

It’s a good addition for putting you in the right mindset for tasks.

L-Carnitine

One of the better amino acids for energy – but not so much for cognition.

Studies have shown for the best results you need 500 – 2500mg of this nutrient to see any of the positive effects.

With only 250mg in this product, we’re unsure if it’ll actually have that much of an effect.

L-Tyrosine

An anti stressor amino acid that may help with concentration.

L-Tyrosine has been seen to reduce overall stress levels and the stress hormone cortisol.

This could reduce distractions and calm your mind, promoting focus.hapi-flow-results

Quick Overview: As you can see, there are some good ingredients in Hapi Flow, however there could be more.

The main business ingredients here are the Bacopa, L-Theanine and Rhodiola – everything else brings little to the table in comparison.

To make this better, Hapi could include more core nutrients like Phosphatidylserine and Vinpocetine.

It’s a shame they’re not present here.

Side Effects

There have been no side effects reported with this nootropic.

Hapi from Flow is a clean product by our standards.

Hapi Flow Review Conclusion

On the whole, this isn’t the best nootropic on the market.

From this review, here’s what you need to know about Flow;

  • Think nutrient profile – Only a handful of ingredients in this stack.
  • Missing Core Nutrients – Could use more effective ingredients for maximum results.
  • Under dosed in places – Certain nutrients lacking recommended clinical dosages.

As you can see, it isn’t your best option.
