But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closer at Mind + Memory Matrix to see how effective it really is.

This is what you need to know;

What you need to know about the Nature Bound Mind + Memory Matrix stack:

It may cause side effects.

Although there are some ingredients in this nootropic, there’s a risk that it could cause problems.

Here’s what you need to know.

The Ingredients

Don’t worry, we’ve summarized it all at the end:

Ginkgo Biloba

A poor start.

Ginkgo Biloba has been marketed aggressively under the idea that it can help to improve cognition.

However, studies have shown otherwise.

In actuality, this nutrient has very mixed and unreliable results. To the point that researchers are suggesting that the effects may even be placebo.

It’s not your best option.

Phosphatidylserine

This is a better option.

Phosphatidylserine has been seen in numerous studies to help promote 4 aspects of cognition: focus, mood, memory and prevents against cognitive decline.

It’s a good addition here.

L-Carnitine

Not a great option.

L-Carnitine has been seen to promote energy and metabolism.

This may help with focus to a minor extent – but there’s an issue with dosage.

Studies have shown you need between 500 – 2500mg of L-Carnitine to see any real results.

At only 50mg you’re only getting 10% of that.

St. John’s Wort

An anti anxiety and anti depressant.

Although this help with mood – there are several studies that show that nutrient may cause a range of side effects.

L-Glutamine

Not a great option.

L-Glutamine seems to only help with sugar cravings – and only if you’re deficient in it.

It won’t make a difference to your cognition.

DMAE

A poor choice.

DMAE is used mainly in anti-aging creams. But recently it has expanded to the brain booster market to help against cognitive decline.

However, studies have shown that it has little to no effect on brain power – and may even cause side effects.

It’s not your best option.

Bacopa

One of the better nutrients for brain boosting.

Bacopa helps to promote learning and reduce anxiety.

Numerous studies have shown it to be effective, especially when you need to focus in stressful situations.

Vinpocetine

Always a good choice.

Vinpocetine has been seen to promote both memory and blood flow.

Huperzine A

A poorer choice.

Huperzine A has been seen to improve cognition – but the effects are short lived.

Studies have shown that Huperzine A is easy for you to build a tolerance up to – meaning to take it long term you would have to cycle it.

It’s not a great option.nature-bound-mindmemory-matrix-results

Quick Overview: As you can see, Mind + Memory Matrix from Nature Bound is a real mixed bag.

There are some good ingredients, some ineffective ones – and a risk of side effects from the DMAE and St. John’s Wort.

There are definitely better options out there.

Side Effects

There are two main ingredients you should be wary of here: the DMAE and the St. John’s Wort.

DMAE is a problem. Not only does it have little evidence for it’s effectiveness it may also cause birth defects.

It’s still being researched, and may cause even more problems.

St John’s Wort on the other hand may cause:

  • Restlessness
  • Anxiety
  • Irritability
  • Fatigue
  • Dry Mouth
  • Stomach Problems
  • Headaches
  • And more

After the positive effects have worn off, this is what you’re left with – and if you’re looking to sharpen your mind – this is definitely not what you need.
