What does Memory Mind Matrix do?

A nootropic that has been formulated and produced by Nature’s Wellness, Memory Mind Matrix is an all natural supplement that has been claimed to promote:

  • Memory
  • Mental Clarity
  • Overall Focus

But how exactly does it work – and does it even work?

In this review, we look closely at Memory Mind Matrix and find out just how effective it really is.

If you’re considering this nootropic, this is the review you need to read:

What you need to know about Memory Mind Matrix’s Stack:

Right off the bat:

It’s easy to understand.

Which is rare for these nootropics. Usually it’s one large proprietary blend with numerous hidden values and no indication of how much of each nutrient we’re getting.

So this is a good sign.

The nutrient profile on the other hand is a different story, take a look:

You can see our full summary at the end:

Ginkgo Biloba

One of the more commonly used nootropic nutrients, but definitely not the most efficient.

Thought to promote cognition and overall focus – although studies have been unreliable. With some even suspecting the effects of Ginkgo may even be to some extent placebo.

Phosphatidylserine Complex

One of the better options out there for cognitive enhancement.

Seen in numerous studies to promote mood, memory and even prevent against cognitive decline, phosphatidylserine performs well when dosed appropriately.

N-Acetlyl-L Carnitine HCl

Maybe good in sports supplements, but not so much in a nootropic.

L-Carnitine primarily works to promote energy and metabolism – and only effective when dosed at 500mg or higher per serving.

Not only are we not after these effects, but the nutrient is also underdosed. It’s not your best choice here.

St John’s Wort

A herb seen to have numerous anti-anxiety and anti-depressive effects.

Seen to perform in numerous studies, the only drawback with this nutrient are the side effects – we discuss them further later on.

L-Glutamine

Thought to reduce your cravings for sugar when taken orally.

However, if you’re not deficient in this amino acid (most people aren’t) it won’t have much effect.

DMAE

Used in beauty creams more often than nootropics, and maybe for good reason.

DMAE has been linked to reducing cognitive decline, but reports are unreliable. There’s not a lot of evidence to confirm this is actually the case. Don’t expect much here.

Bacopa Monnieri Leaf Extract

A better choice.

Bacopa has been linked to improving memory and reducing anxiety. It’s a sure thing when it comes to cognitive performance.

Vinpocetine

Another good addition.

Vinpocetine has been seen in some studies to help boost overall memory function and increase blood flow.

Huperzine-A

And finally HA is another good choice.

Linked to decreasing overall cognitive decline while increasing your brain’s ability to learn, Huperzine A is a great addition to any natural nootropic.

Quick Overview: On the whole there is some room for improvement when it comes to Nature’s Wellness Memory Mind Matrix’s ingredient profile.

Some of the nutrients used, like Ginkgo Biloba, DMAE and L-Carnitine, may not have that much of an effect as a nootropic – and then the St. John’s Wort may even cause side effects.

Although there are some good choices in there besides that, it’s just not good enough to make the grade.

There are better alternatives out there.

Side Effects

Your main problem here is the St. John’s Wort.

Studies have shown that although good for mood, it can still leave some lingering side effects. Be wary of:

  • Restlessness
  • Anxiety
  • Irritability
  • Fatigue
  • Dry Mouth
  • Stomach Problems
  • Headaches
  • And more

Which have all been reported from this nutrient.
