What does NeuroEnhance Brain Booster do?

Made by NeuroEnhance, Brain Booster is an all natural notoropic that has been claimed to promote:

  • Mental Focus
  • Memory
  • Clarity
  • Mood

But how well does it really work?

In this review, we look closely at Brain Booster’s stack to see just how effective it is, and if it is really worth the money.

This is what you need to know.

What you need to know about NeuroEnhance Brain Booster’s stack:

NeuroEnhance-Brain-Booster-Review

Right off the bat:

The majority of this product is a proprietary blend.

This means we don’t know how much of each ingredient is in it, or how effective it will be overall.

On top of that, there are various side effects which have been linked to some of the ingredients in this product.

It’s also a subscription service, meaning if you buy and don’t cancel, you will be continuously billed month after month for more bottles.

Here’s what you need to know in more detail:

NeuroEnhance Brain Booster’s Ingredients

We summarize it all at the end:NeuroEnhance-Brain-Booster-Side-Effects

Ginkgo Biloba

Although originally thought to be an effective nootropic – the actual result is not that impressive.

Studies have shown that with oral supplementation, this nootropic has had little to know effect.

St. John’s Wort

Unlike Ginkgo, St. John’s Wort does have some effect – but there’s a catch.

Linked to reducing depression and anxiety, St. John’s Wort is good for controlling ‘downer’ emotions. However, it has also been seen to produce several side effects. More on those later.

Glutamine

Glutamine has very minor effects if any.

Seen to reduce sugar cravings in those who deficient in the nootropic – but that’s about it. It does nothing from a cognitive enhancement perspective.

Phosphatidylserine Complex

Phosphatidylserine is a great noot – but the fact that it’s in a complex perplexes us.

Usually this suggests that it some sort of proprietary blend – you’ll notice with other nootropics they usually deliver PS as an individual ingredient, not as a complex.

You may not be getting all PS – but if you are, it has been seen to promote cognitive function – improving memory and lowering stress.

Bacopa Monnier

One of the best nootropics – by far.

In several studies, prolonged use of Bacopa has been seen to promote memory formation, but also help to reduce overall anxiety.

It’s useful for when you have to remember things in high-stress situations. It’s a great addition.

DMAE

Used more in beauty creams and not as a nootropic.

Thought to reduce cognitive decline, but studies have shown that there is little to no effect of this nutrient actually making a difference.

There’s also a risk of side effects – you can learn more about that later in the side effects section.

Acetly-L-Carnitine

A poor choice when it comes to cognitive enhancement.

L-Carnitine has been seen in numerous studies to help with energy and metabolism – however, it has no effect on mental sharpness.

It’s also worth noting that you need between 500 – 2500 mg to see any benefit

Vinpocetine

Finally ending with Vinpocetine, one of the better choices for a nootropic stack.

Linked to increasing memory while reducing cognitive decline, it’s one of the best options out there for staying sharp throughout the day.

NeuroEnhance-Brain-Booster-Results

Quick Overview: On the whole this isn’t the best nutrient profile we’ve seen, and there are several reasons why.

First of all, NeuroEnhance’s Brain Booster is mainly just one proprietary blend – this means we don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used. Or how effective it will be overall.

Secondly, there’s a risk of side effects. Both St. John’s Wort and DMAE have been linked to causing problems with oral supplementation.

It’s not our best choice.

Side Effects

There are two nutrients you need to worry about with this nootropic: the St. John’s Wort, and the DMAE.

Although St. John’s Wort has been seen to help with depression and anxiety, users have also reported that it can cause the following problems:

  • Restlessness
  • Anxiety
  • Irritability
  • Fatigue
  • Dry Mouth
  • Stomach Problems
  • Headaches
  • And more

After the positive effects have worn off, this is what you’re left with – and if you’re looking to sharpen your mind – this is definitely not what you need.

Secondly, DMAE has been seen to cause birth defects in expecting mothers – and the extent of it’s side effects are unknown, even if you are male I would think twice about this nutrient.

Is there anything better out there than NeuroEnhance Brain Booster?

Definitely.

We’ve done the research, looked at the studies and are more than familiar with the nootropics market – and it’s led us to the best ones on the market.

If you’re looking for nootropics that promote:

  • Attention
  • Mood
  • Creativity
  • Mental Sharpness
  • Maximum Focus
  • Stronger Neuroconnections
  • Overall Clarity and Cognitive Clearness

Then this is the list you need to see.

NeuroEnhance Brain Booster Review Conclusion

All in all, this is not the best nootropic out there.

From this review, there are several flaws from NeuroEnhance’s Brain Booster that you need to know about:

  • Subscription Service: If you don’t opt-out you could be entered into a monthly subscription service which will constantly bill you for this product.
  • Proprietary Blend: Don’t know how much of each ingredient we’re getting or how effective it will be overall.
  • Risk of side effects: St. Johns Wort and DMAE have both been linked to causing side effects.

Needless to say, it’s not looking good.
