What does Focus Fury do?
A nootropic produced by Rebel Performance, Focus Fury is an all natural product that has been claimed to:
- Memory
- Focus
- Clarity
- Mental Performance
But how well does it really work?
In this review, we look closer at Focus Fury to see if it really is worth the money, and just how effective is actually is.
This is is what we’ve found:
What you need to know about Rebel Performance’s Focus Fury Stack:
Right off the bat:
There are few proprietary blends in there. We don’t know exactly how much of each ingredient in this product there are.
It’s an issue, but it could be a lot worse – we know how much there is for some of them.
Plus there’s caffeine in this noot – so be wary of an energy crash later after using it.
Focus Fury’s Ingredients
Don’t worry – we summarize it all at the end:
Alpha-GPC
One of the better nootropics out there for performance.
Alpha GPC has been seen to boost power output in athletes – while also helping to reduce cognitive decline and increase focus.
Tyrosine
This is an amino acid that helps as an anti-stress aid.
This may help prevent jitters or nausea you may experience from the caffeine in this product.
Theanine
Works well with caffeine and promotes the length of time the stimulant is in effect.
Should keep you focused for longer, but there is still a risk of an energy crash.
Huperzine A
One of the better choices out there.
Huperzine A has been linked to reducing overall cognitive decline while promoting your brain’s ability to learn new things. However, you can build up a tolerance to it quickly – which can result it needing to be cycled.
Vinpocetine
This is also a reliable nootropic.
Vinpocetine has been seen in numerous studies to promote memory and blood flow. It’s good for sharpening your mind.
Cognition Blend (Caffeine extracts)
Numerous types of caffeine that all do the same thing – stimulate.
This is both a good and a bad thing.
From the positive side, this will increase your overall focus – however it will also lead to an energy crash later on.
FocusFURY Blend (Theacrine and Rhodiola)
There are two ingredients in this blend: one good, one bad.
The good is the Rhodiola. Seen to promote mood, and focus on numerous occasions, it’s definitely the best option here.
On the other hand Theancrine isn’t that great.
Neuro Essentials Blend (Phosphatidylserine, Pterostilbene, 72 Trace Mineral Blend, Bioperine)
The bioperine is just black pepper, that’ll help with overall absorption.
The 72 Trace mineral blend will have some effect towards overall health, but as we don’t know exactly what they are we can’t pinpoint where they’ll be effective.
It’s the Phosphatidylserine and Pterostilbene that matter here – and their both good ingredients.
Phosphatidylserine has been seen to increase memory, mood and prevent cognitive decline.
Whereas Pterostilbene can help with anxiety and to some extent work as an anti-inflammatory.
Quick Overview: There are some good ingredients in this stack, but there is some issue with the caffeine.
Caffeine is a very short-term nootropic. Once those effects fade you end up worse than when you started off – tired and fatigued.
Aside from that though there are some good choices – apart from the few proprietary blends in here which stop us from knowing how much we’re getting with Focus Fury.
Side Effects
The caffeine is you main concern.
It could leave you drained and fatigued a few hours after taking a serving. Be careful when you choose to use it.
