What does Truth Nutraceuticals Cortigon do?
From Truth Nutraceuticals, we have Cortigon, an all natural nootropic that is claimed to promote:
- Mental Focus
- Less Stress
But how well does it really work?
In this review, we look closer at Cortigon and see how effective it really is.
This is what we found:
What you need to know about the Cortigon stack:
It’s pretty slim.
Yes, there aren’t a lot of ingredients in this nootropic – and unfortunately it’s not quality over quantity.
Not all the ingredients are effective for brain boosting – and many core go-to nootropics are missing from the blend.
Here’s the scoop:
Don’t worry. We’ve summarized it all at the end.
One of the better nootropics out there.
PS has four main benefits for your brain – mood, memory, focus and even helps against cognitive decline.
It’s a great addition for anyone looking to get that overall boost in their cognitive ability.
Not a good choice.
L-Carnitine is more of a fat burner/pre workout ingredient.
It’s used to promote energy and metabolism. This may have some advantage, but there’s one problem – the dosage.
Studies have shown for the best results you need 500 – 2500mg of L-Carnitine to see any real results.
With only 100mg in Cortigon, you’re not going to notice much difference.
A poorer choice.
Ginkgo Biloba has been though to boost focus and cognition – but studies have shown differently.
The overall effects of Ginkgo have been seen to be unreliable. It works for some subjects and not for others.
It’s so unreliable, to the the point that researchers have suggested that it may even be just be placebo effect.
It’s definitely not the answer you’re looking for.
One of the better choices – but CitiCholine would be a smarter option.
Choline has been seen to help promote focus and your ability to learn.
This is good for studying and keeping your mental performance high.
Not a great option.
It may increase circulation and nutrient flow – but when it comes to actually improving cognition, it’s not going to make much of a difference.
Essentially fish oil.
This promotes overall joint health, and to some extent helps brain health due to the omega-3s and fatty acids.
However it won’t make a world of difference.
Quick Overview: On the whole, this isn’t the best nutrient profile that we’ve seen in a nootropic. There are some good ingredients in here – but there are a lot of ineffective additions to this stack as well. Bacopa, Vinpocetine, L-Theanine and a host of others would’ve significantly improved this blend. It’s definitely not your best option.

Truth Nutraceuticals Cortigon Review Conclusion
On the whole, this isn’t the best pre-made nootropic out there on the market and there are several reasons why.
From this review, here’s what you need to know about Cortigon;
- Ineffective Ingredients – Many of the nutrients used lack the proper clinical backing for boosting cognition.
- Missing Core Nutrients – Additions like Bacopa, L-Theanine, Rhodiola Rosea, Vinpocetine and more would’ve all made this stack better.
As you can see, this isn’t your best option.
