What does Mind Sync do?

Manufactured by Zenesis Labs, Mind Sync is an all natural nootropic stack, that had been claimed to promote:

  • Focus
  • Memory
  • Mental Clarity

But just how effective is it?

In this review, we look closer at Mind Sync, to see just how good it actually is.

This is what you need to know:

What you need to know about the Mind Sync Stack

Right off the bat:

It’s got potential side effects.

There are at least 2 ingredients in this stack that has been seen to cause side effects.

And many others that have been seen to be just plain ineffective.

There’s one or two good ones as well though. Here’s what you need to know.

Mind Sync’s Ingredients

Don’t worry, all has been summarized at the end:

Ginkgo Biloba

A poor cognitive enhancer.

Originally thought to help improve mental performance, studies have shown that this may not actually be the case.

Ginkgo Biloba has been seen to have very limited reliability when it comes to cognitive enhancement – and research suggests that it may actually just be a placebo effect.

Food for thought.

Phosphatidylserine

One the better cognitive enhancers on the market.

PS has been linked to improving memory, mood, focus and even helping prevent cognitive decline.

It’s a good addition to any nootropic stack.

L-Carnitine

An amino acid that may help improve energy and metabolism when used in higher doses.

It will not promote cognitive enhancement.

St. John’s Wort

A common nootropic that has been seen to help with both anxiety and depression.

Although good at reducing ‘downer’ emotions, St. John’s Wort has also been linked to causing various side effects.

More on that in the side effect section below.

Glutamine

A poor choice of nootropic. Studies have shown that glutamine does not promote cognitive enhancement.

At most it reduces your body’s sugar cravings.

DMAE

Another bad choice.

DMAE was thought to help reduce cognitive decline. However studies have shown that this isn’t actually the case.

In fact DMAE is actually linked to side effects, and could potentially do more harm than good.

Bacopa

One of the best nootropics out there.

Bacopa has been linked to memory, focus and learning in numerous studies. There’s so much in favor of it having an impact.

This herbal extract is one of our favorite ingredients, and we’re glad to see it in Mind Sync.

Vinpocetine

Another good herbal extract.

Vinpocetine helps with both memory and blood flow. This will help the nutrients in this product get into your system quicker.

Huperzine A

Not a great option.

Although Huperzine A has been linked to having some advantages, you can build up a tolerance to it pretty quick.

It’s not a nootropic that you can take long term, and may have to be cycled.

Quick Overview: On the whole, this isn’t the best nootropic stack we’ve seen.

There are collection of good, ineffective and side effect causing ingredients.

Overall it’s not a stable stack, and you can find safer, more effective options elsewhere.

Side Effects

There are two ingredients you should be concerned with in Mind Sync: The St. John’s Wort and the DMAE.

St. John’s Wort may help reduce anxiety and depression, but it’s not your best option. Users have reported the following side effects when taking this nootropic:

  • Restlessness
  • Anxiety
  • Irritability
  • Fatigue
  • Dry Mouth
  • Stomach Problems
  • Headaches
  • And more

Whereas DMAE, which isn’t that much of an effective noot to begin with, has been linked to causing birth defects in expecting mothers.

Research is still being done.

Is there anything better out there than this Nootropic?

Definitely.

We’ve done the research, looked at the studies and are more than familiar with the nootropics market – and it’s led us to the best ones on the market.

If you’re looking for nootropics that promote:

  • Attention
  • Mood
  • Creativity
  • Mental Sharpness
  • Maximum Focus
  • Stronger Neuroconnections
  • Overall Clarity and Cognitive Clearness

Then this is the list you need to see.

Mind Sync Review Conclusion

All in all, this isn’t the best nootropic out there.

From this review, this is what you should know about Mind Sync:

  • Potential Side Effects: Both DMAE and St. John’s Wort have been linked to causing side effects.
  • Ineffective ingredients: Many of the nutrients used lack the proper clinical backing.

As you can see, it’s not the best option out there.
