This nootropic is a great choice if you’re looking for that overall mental edge, Phosphotidylserine has been seen to promote memory, mood and preventing cognitive decline.
Pycnogenol
Essentially Pine Bark Extract.
Pycnogenol has been seen to work well for it’s anti-diabetic properties and may promote blood flow – however, there’s no real evidence of it offering any cognitive benefit.
Quick Overview: On the whole, this is a pretty slim nutrient profile, and not a very good one either. The main nutrient here is the Phosphatidylserine, as for the rest, they’re not so great.
What you’ve also got to remember is that this is all part of a proprietary blend as well – we don’t know how much of each ingredient is being used, and by extension, how effective it will be.
